READ BEFORE BOOKING: Attend your session in a good hygiene standard.  Attend your bodywork or massage session only if you are physically fit and do not show any symptoms of contagious illness. If you happen to have nail fungus, warts or verrucas, attend your session with appropriate protection such as plaster or sock. 
Please make sure your body is free of alcohol and other substances  to ensure you receive full benefit of the treatment.
